We’ve arrived. A long day of travel ended well at my parent’s house and and a walk around the neighborhood with stops at my childhood playground and a Thai restaurant. Today we had lunch with my dad in Greenwich Village at Cafe Loup. There is nothing better than walking up to a restaurant and finding a hand written sign saying that the soft shell crabs had arrived.
Tomorrow we escape the humidity for New England, lots of walks in the woods and swimming in the pond. Enjoy your long weekend!
