One Chicken last Friday night has been:
1) Garlic Ginger Clay Pot Chicken with Rice.
2) Late night left over bowls.
3) One pot of broth that became
A) Miso, noodle, broccoli, and tofu soup.
B) Seaside stew (with shrimp fish and mussels)
C) Spinach and Mung Bean Soup.
D) Risotto.
And for it’s final act the bones will go into the wood stove when the coals are red to warm us. And they called it a one pot meal I call it a one chicken week.

Number three on the list is the broth stage. Four days later is when it becomes fodder for the fire.
