I have a secret to share, for the past six years I have talked about life as something that was going to start soon. First it was Kevin’s grad school, then it was the first town we lived in, then it was a complicated soon with Alder as if I was waiting for him to [...]

Travels
Alder and I are heading south for the weekend. Down to Santa Fe to meet up with “Aunt Amanda” who is down there on business. I’m crossing my fingers for okay driving weather and have a tank full of gas. I hope everyone enjoys their weekends as well. I will return with tales to tell.

The Halloween Addition
Yesterday Alder experienced Trick-or-Treating for the first time. We were up in Denver for the weekend and we managed one block in our old neighborhood (where we were staying) and his bag was full. For the last month he had been adamant that he did not want to dress up for Halloween, then Saturday when [...]
